OUR DOCTOR

Dr. Kambiz Koosha has been practicing general dentistry for the past 17 years and is thrilled to be now serving the Kawartha Lakes area. He has achieved a high degree of technical and procedural skills in General Dentistry throughout his academic life. He is active in teaching, research and operating a successful practice for over 10 years.

He maintains a high degree of accuracy & detail in examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning while utilizing the latest dental technology. He is very accomplished in patient management and advancement of modern technology. Dr. Koosha provides a variety of dental specialties such as restorative, cosmetic, endodontics and surgical procedures including dental implants. Preventive dentistry for children is a personal passion.

Dr. Koosh attends National and International Continuing Education Courses yearly and is an active member of the Royal College of the Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).

He now resides in Thornhill with his wife and two children. In his personal time, Dr. Koosha likes to stay active by participating in triathlons, cycling, skiing, and snowshoeing along with quality time spent with family and friends.

Lindsay – Dental Hygienist 

My name is Lindsay and I have been in the dental field since 2009. I started my career as a dental assistant before becoming a hygienist in 2010. My passion and care for our patients is evident through my volunteer efforts, through VDO (Volunteer Dental Outreach) and I travel to Honduras yearly for a dental mission trip. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors and cheering on the Jays!

Shelby – Dental Hygienist

My name is Shelby. I graduated from the dental hygiene program at Cambrian College in 2015. I have gained experience working as a dental assistant and hygienist. I have lived in the Lindsay area my whole life and have always wanted to provide for my community. I look forward to new patients and new cases daily, and educating patients on their oral health and needs. In my spare time I enjoy decorating my home, travelling, spending time with friends, family and my dog. I look forward to meeting you in the chair soon!
Ashley – Receptionist/Office Manager

My name is Ashley. I am a graduate from Trillium College where I received my dental assisting diploma. In 2009 I began working as a dental assistant and now am a dental receptionist. I am so proud to be working for Dr. Koosha, it is very rewarding and exciting. I grew up on a dairy farm in Oakwood with my parents and three brothers. I now live locally with my partner Kevin, our amazing daughter Kaylee, and our crazy, yet loveable dog Chloe. In my spare time I enjoy reading, walking, travelling, movies and dining out. My name is Melissa. I graduated from Trillium College in 2008 as a dental assistant. I bring with me a lot of experience and knowledge in the dental field having worked in many different areas. I pride myself for educating and treating our patients in a friendly, caring and professional manner. I am a mother of two young kids, and we live on a farm where we enjoy doing outdoor activities together. I enjoy cooking, travelling, and spending time with my family.
